How do you get people to engage in your content, posts, videos on Facebook?
It seams that when you post stuff on groups, fan pages, walls one or two people may see it but not to many people actually engage in the content and like, comment or share what you post.
Therefore getting traffic to your business appears to be an imposible task, but when I learned the solution to this problem recently, I literally banged my head against the wall because I could not believe how easy it was...
And sure enough it works...
Now before I tell you what it is you have to promise not to hurt yourslef because you can't believe you didn't think of this sooner...

What does facebook do? It's a social site right? And who gets the most engagement in their content on Facebook?
THE MOST SOCIAL PEOPLE
The key to get more engagement to your Facebook posts and therefore more traffic to your business is to be more social. And the reason why most of us never think of this is because we think that if we like, comment or share another marketers post we are losing business.
Nothing could be farther from the truth...
The best way to do Facebook marketing is to actually like comment and to be active in the Facebook community, because that way you build relationships with your target market, it builds trust with your prospects and it also creates duplication in your team because your team sees you out there producing and it creates a feeling of urgency because they know that they need to get to work.
The thing is when you comment like or share someone's post and you provide value the people who have a connection to them or follow them will see the valu you provide and this will position you as someone who knows their stuff and as a leader.
Now it's important to avoid being a snob
Don't go up to people and try to teach them something like you are the bearer of truth, provide added value to the post and continue the conversation.

But anyway back to the task at hand, it's all about starting conversations on the Facebook space. Add value to the market place and your facebook marketing will pick up ten fold.
In Puerto Rico where my mom is from they have a saying that reads:
"El bebé que no chilla no mama" Which means "the baby who doesn't cry doesn't get fed" don't be afraid of communicating your vision, your opinion and your goals on to Facebook bacuse it generates relationships with people who already want to buy what you have, they just need to get to know you.
Don't be afraid of being yourself in your marketing, people want to buy and make business with real people not a product or company description. So in order to make this all more simple for you to remember...
Every time you log in to facebook repeat these 3 things...

- Keep it simple

Be yourself and don't be afraid of sharing your opinion and imput on certain topics but always with respect and class.

Don't be afraid of having fun, funny pictures, videos and content showing you having fun, this creates a subconcios association that you are the guy or gal they want to listen to.
Keep it simple
Focus on helping others and not yourslef and then dirrect people to your product in order for them to solve their problem.
